1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through our website. By using our services, you accept these terms in full.
2. Availability of products and services
We offer products shipped from various locations in Europe. Delivery is available to all main islands in the Faroe Islands. An additional charge may apply for delivery to other islands.
3. Prices and taxes
All prices on the website include value added tax (VAT). Additional charges may apply for delivery to islands outside the main islands. Prices are regularly updated to reflect the market.
4. Delivery and waiting times
Normal delivery takes between 5 and 10 days. However, delays may occur due to equipment failure, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery is made to your door or an agreed address on the main islands. Delivery to other islands carries an additional charge of 250 kr.
5. Payment terms
We accept payment by card or bank transfer. Payment must be made when placing the order.
6. Cancellations and changes
Orders for products in stock in the Faroe Islands can be cancelled or changed before dispatch. Products in supplier stock are special orders placed after you order and therefore cannot be cancelled or changed.
7. Returns and refunds
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it if it is unused and in its original packaging. The customer pays the return shipping costs. A refund is issued once the product has been received and approved.
8. Security and personal information
We handle all personal information, including names, addresses, email addresses and payment details, with the greatest care. The information is only used to fulfil the purchase and is not shared with third parties without consent unless necessary to provide the service, such as payment processing or shipping.
We comply with GDPR and all relevant Faroese and European laws and guidelines.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, transport problems or other circumstances beyond our control. We also accept no responsibility for any import charges that may arise in connection with delivery.
10. Scope and changes
We reserve the right to update and change these terms without notice. Changes take effect when published on the website.
